I am a psychiatrist, coach, author, and holistic wellness leader who integrates my expertise in mental health with the transformative practices of yoga, breathwork, and meditation. With a deep commitment to mind-body healing, I guide individuals toward greater clarity, resilience, and purpose—whether in clinical settings, coaching sessions, or immersive retreats. My approach blends science and soul, empowering others to reconnect with their inner wisdom and create meaningful, lasting change.
